Delivery Time
We try our best to prepare and send out all the orders as soon as possible during working days. We hope that our beloved customers can take note that Miss Rudolf does NOT represent any courier companies. Your parcels may suffer delays that are beyond our control as much as we hope that they arrive safely to you on time. However, be assured that we’re on your side and if anything happens, reach out to us and we will offer our help in any way we can.

Our working days are Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm), excluding Public Holidays.

Promotional Period
During peak, promotional or seasonal periods, please bear with us as there may be delays in shipping due to the high volume of orders, transactions and stock availability issues.
